1. Services Overview
Ecopredict provides simulation services, online courses, internships, thesis assistance, and consulting in areas such as CFD, HVAC, building simulation, energy modeling, and related fields. Our services are available to individuals, businesses, and students, subject to the terms outlined below.
2. Course Enrollment
Eligibility: To enroll in any of our courses, you must be at least 18 years old or have parental consent if younger. You agree to provide accurate and complete information during enrollment.
Course Access: Course materials are accessible online through our learning platform. You may not share, resell, or redistribute any of the course content without explicit written permission from Ecopredict.
Certificates: Certificates of completion are awarded to participants who successfully complete the course, including any required assessments or assignments.
3. Internships
Eligibility: Ecopredict offers both short-term (1 month) and long-term (3 months) internships. To apply, you must meet the requirements listed on our internship page and provide accurate application details.
Internship Participation: Interns are expected to follow the guidelines provided during the internship program. Ecopredict reserves the right to terminate any internship if there is a breach of conduct or non-compliance with internship rules.
4. Consulting Services
Project Scope: Consulting services are provided based on the project scope agreed upon during initial discussions. Any changes or additional work outside the agreed scope will be subject to a separate agreement and may incur additional costs.
Client Responsibilities: The client agrees to provide accurate project data, information, and any necessary resources required for Ecopredict to perform the consulting services. Delays caused by missing or incorrect information may affect project timelines and costs.
Confidentiality: Ecopredict will maintain the confidentiality of all project data provided during the consulting services. Any intellectual property created as a result of the consulting services will be governed by the specific agreement between Ecopredict and the client.
5. Thesis Assistance
Service Scope: Ecopredict provides thesis assistance to students working on projects related to CFD, building simulation, and energy modeling. The extent of assistance (e.g., consultation, data analysis, report preparation) will be agreed upon before the commencement of services.
Original Work: Ecopredict supports academic integrity and provides guidance and technical assistance. However, the student remains responsible for the originality of their thesis and must ensure all work meets their institution’s requirements.
6. Payments and Pricing
Pricing: All pricing for courses, consulting services, and internships is available on our website or provided during consultations. Ecopredict reserves the right to adjust pricing at any time. However, ongoing projects or active enrollments will not be affected by future price changes.
Payment Terms: Payments are due in full upon course enrollment or before the commencement of services. For consulting services, payment schedules will be outlined in the project agreement.
Payment Methods: We accept various payment methods, including bank transfers, credit/debit cards, and UPI. All payment information is handled securely.
7. Return and Refund Policy
Ecopredict strives to provide high-quality services and customer satisfaction. However, we understand that circumstances may arise where refunds or returns may be necessary.
Courses: Refunds are available for cancellations made at least 7 days before the start of the course. A 10% administrative fee will be deducted. No refunds are available after the course has started, except in cases of unforeseen technical issues or service disruptions on Ecopredict’s part.
Internships: Internship fees are non-refundable once the program has begun. In exceptional circumstances, such as illness or emergencies, partial refunds or program deferments may be considered at Ecopredict’s discretion.
Consulting Services: Consulting services are non-refundable once work has begun. If the scope of the project is altered or if services cannot be completed due to client-side delays, no refunds will be issued. However, adjustments can be made to timelines or deliverables, subject to mutual agreement.

8. Intellectual Property and Content Usage

Indian Government Regulations: All contracts entered into with Ecopredict will comply with the relevant Indian laws and regulations, including the Indian Contract Act, 1872, and other applicable laws. These laws govern the formation, performance, and enforcement of contracts in India, ensuring that all agreements are legally binding and enforceable.
Dispute Resolution: In the event of any disputes, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter amicably.
